It's an India Pakistan collaboration song written by a friend from across the border. It was initially written as a piece of poetry and then later on we decided to make a melody out of it and it all panned out beautifully eventually. The song is an imagination of a beloved or tassavur-e-jaana if I had to put it in Urdu and how much a person can mean to someone.
